Therapy for Grief
Grief changes how we move through the world. Maybe your loss feels raw and constant, or maybe you’re months or years out and still struggling to make sense of things. You might feel angry, numb, or even guilty for moments of joy. Grief can come after losing a loved one, but also after the loss of health, identity, or the life you imagined.
Our work together isn’t about “getting over it.” It’s about creating a space where your grief is welcome — where you can talk, cry, laugh, or just sit with what’s hard without judgment. We’ll explore how to carry your loss while still moving toward meaning and connection.
I use an integrative approach that might include narrative therapy (to help you tell your story in a new way), mindfulness (to stay grounded when emotions surge), and acceptance-based work to help you hold both love and pain. My goal is to walk beside you as you learn to live with your loss — not to fix it, but to help it feel lighter over time.
When you’re ready, I’m here.
