While my main focus is helping clients navigate chronic illness, grief, and life transitions, my professional background includes supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals who are experiencing intense emotional distress, including those struggling with suicidal thoughts or psychosis.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked in crisis services, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and community-based settings where I’ve walked alongside people during some of their most difficult moments. These experiences have taught me that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported.

In our work together, we’ll focus on creating a space where you can safely explore what you’re feeling, build coping tools, and regain a sense of stability and hope. My goal isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to help you reconnect with your strengths, find clarity, and move forward one step at a time.

Suicidal Ideation and Crisis Support

If you’ve ever felt like giving up or that things will never get better, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to go through it alone.

I offer a non-judgmental space to talk openly about these thoughts, identify what keeps you going, and find ways to reduce pain and increase safety.

Healing begins with honesty, and it’s okay to start wherever you are.

A Note on Safety

If you’re currently in crisis or need immediate support, please reach out for help. You can contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for free, 24/7 assistance. You can also reach out to the Crisis Text Line by texting HOME to 741741.

Psychosis

If you are living with psychosis, it can feel confusing, isolating, or overwhelming. Together, we’ll work to understand your experiences, identify triggers, and develop grounding and coping strategies that help you feel more in control of your life.

My approach emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and restoring confidence — helping you find meaning, safety, and connection while honoring your lived experience.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

If any of this resonates with you, know that you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can find ways to make things feel lighter, steadier, and more manageable — one day at a time.

If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Let’s talk about what support could look like for you.
